As well as personal counselling and coaching, I offer EFT seminars.

The introductory seminar is a two-hour class on the basics of EFT and is held on some Saturday afternoons from 2-4. The cost is 50 dollars.

EFT level I is offered on some Saturdays from 9-5, and covers the basics of EFT, how and when to use it on yourself and others, how to improvise your own unique statements, how to use it on animals and children. The cost is 250 dollars.

EFT level II is more in-depth, covering the Tearless Trauma Technique (what to do with the emotion is overwhelming), the Palace of Possibilities, the Choices Method and various other specific techniques.

All classes include hands-on work as a group and in dyads, handouts and certificates of completion.
