Therapy has changed a lot in recent years.  And EFT has been in the vanguard of that change. Many clients describe it as a miracle. My personal experience with it has been astounding! Deep-seated emotional issues can be eliminated in minutes, with the vast majority of my clients feeling significantly better in one session (95%). Clients usually report feeling lighter, more peaceful, even happy!                                                                                                           
Many of my clients have never gone for therapy before. Others have paid for years of therapy but discovered, after a lot of talking, they still felt depressed. Even though they now understood why. In addition to EFT, I use cognitive behavioural techniques to help you control your self-talk, those invasive thoughts telling you you're a bad person, or defective, or that people won't like you.
